1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SchemaVid (“the Service”), including our website (schemavid.com), API endpoints, and dashboard application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and SchemaVid (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Description of Service
SchemaVid is a cloud-based API service that accepts short-video URLs (TikTok, YouTube Shorts), downloads and analyzes the video content using Google Gemini AI, and returns structured marketing analysis data in JSON format. The Service includes a public website, a user dashboard for API key management, and a REST API for programmatic access.
3. User Accounts and API Keys
- You must create an account via Clerk to access the dashboard and API.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. Any activity conducted using your API key is your responsibility.
- If you believe your API key has been compromised, you must immediately reset it via the dashboard.
- You may not share, resell, or sublicense your API key to third parties except as part of your own application or service.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Analyze videos containing illegal content, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or content that promotes violence or terrorism

- Bypass rate limits, credit systems, or authentication mechanisms
- Use the Service in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
- Submit videos for the purpose of training competing AI models or building derivative datasets
- Resell or redistribute raw API responses as a competing service without a partnership agreement
We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including suspending your account, withholding credits, and reporting illegal activity to law enforcement.
5. Credits, Pricing, and Payment
- Free Tier: New accounts receive 10 free credits. Each credit allows analysis of one video.
- Credit Deduction: One credit is deducted when you submit a video for analysis. If the analysis fails due to a system error, the credit is automatically refunded.
- Paid Plans: The Pro plan provides additional monthly credits. Pricing is displayed on our website and may be updated with notice.
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed by Creem. We do not store your payment information. By subscribing, you agree to Creem’s terms of service.

- Credits Expiry: Free tier credits reset monthly. Paid plan credits reset each billing period. Credits do not roll over.
6. Intellectual Property
- The SchemaVid service, including its code, branding, documentation, and website design, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
